House rules

Live since March 2026. Loading top10ukpicks.co.uk means you’re cosigning this rant. If any clause makes you twitch, close the tab.

1. Who’s even allowed in the room

You need to be 18+ (or whatever higher floor your territory demands) and legally cool with seeing betting billboards. We’re not aiming copy at blacklisted regions — if local law forbids the topic, you’re on your own compliance-wise.

2. What this site refuses to be

We’re a zine wall of blurbs, stars, and outbound doors — not a solicitor, not an accountant, not a doctor. Odds, promo math, and eligibility mutate hourly; only the destination brand can speak gospel.

3. When money whispers behind links

Some exits carry affiliate fingerprints. Fees may land in our pocket if you convert on the other side. That rent doesn’t buy eternal placement, and skipping a paid partner for editorial gut calls still happens.

4. Words, pixels, and other people’s marks

Copy/layout we fabricated stays ours unless credited elsewhere. Casino glyphs belong to their owners — we display them as factual pointers, not as “we own this logo” flexing. Fair-use quotes: fine. Bots scraping the whole grid: not fine.

5. Behaviour that gets you yeeted

No hammering the stack, no impersonation theatre, no malware confetti, no warehouse-scale scraping. We can cut IPs that act like storm clouds.

6. Warranty-shaped void

Everything ships “as cobbled”. Uptime isn’t blood-sworn; typos sneak in. Implied warranties get trimmed to the knife-edge the law allows.

7. Liability ceiling

We’re not on the hook for sideways losses, mood damage, or cosmic irony stemming from something you read here. Statutory rights that can’t be waived still stand.

8. Neighbouring fenced yards

Once you click away, their contracts, cookies, and angry support bots are theirs alone.

9. We reserve the right to edit this scroll

Terms morph; your continued tour means you noticed the fresh version or don’t care — either way, you’re bound going forward.
